The Western Rock lobster - The cherry on (top of) the cake, for seafood feast! It belongs to the family of rocky lobsters, is renowned for its solid meat and sweetness.

It goes wonderfully well with plain garlic butter or cream, parmesan sauces. Western Rock lobsters are quite easy to cook; you may baked, grilled, broil, steam, or poached them.

Minimum weight 500 grams, weight vary from 500 to 650 grams. It depends on the size of the lobster, we sell it as a meal which is perfect for TWO or THREE to share this with some side main dishes!
